Biography
Leigh Janiak is an American film director and screenwriter known for her work in the horror and mystery genres. She made her feature film directorial debut with Honeymoon (2014), a horror/mystery starring Rose Leslie (famous for Game of Thrones) and Harry Treadaway (Penny Dreadful’s Dr. Victor Frankenstein). Since then, she has built a reputation for her dynamic storytelling and innovative approach to genre filmmaking.

Janiak garnered significant attention when she was announced as the director and co-writer for a sequel to the 1996 cult thriller The Craft. She also directed episodes for the popular television series Scream: The TV Series (2015) and Outcast (2016), showcasing her ability to handle suspense and horror on both the big and small screens.
